I commit to only eat refined sugar twice per week, increase my good fats and reduce carbohydrates intake by working towards 50g per day. I will have a calorie deficit and not eat out of boredom.

I’ve done well but the weekend I had a lot of sugar and carbs. I’ve not been in a calorie deficit either.

This has been a good reminder for me however.
