Meditate and exercise every day, at least five days a week, the exercise being chikung and/or walking, jogging, stretching or strength exercises; according to my cpabilities and possibilities at the moment, but without indulging in mediocrity defeatism and self-sabotage, neither outraging myself; always treating me with respect and compassion. At this moment, it doesn't matter if the time of these routines is short, medium or long-full, what matters is doing it diligently, without skipping a da
