I went to gym last night and brought a healthy meal and 2 protein shakes to work this morning, so I’m getting back on the “wagon” this week!

I didn’t achieve my goals last week because Friday I had a double portion! Saturday I had a big pice of deep fried hake at Seaforth. I’m hoping this week will go better, only one public holiday and no period cravings.

We went to Seaforth on Saturday and I indulged in deep fried hake and calamari. Also had a double portion on Thursday night so not looking good for me this week either.
