This month's book is gratitude and trust! Lately i've been thinking a lot about addiction and how maybe everyone has got one even though we arent exactly all dependent on drugs per se, but alas i think we all have experienced or will experience pain in our lives and we all could have maladaptative behaviors coming from the ways we cope with set pain, so I wanna figure out ways in which I could rehabilitate from my life-limiting behaviours and see whats in store inside the pages of this book! My commitment is that the end product of my monthly goal is a complete book report of a text of my choosing. If I don't have anything ready to submit at the end of my fourth week, I'll give away $50 to my close family or friends. |
