This is body fat loss goal is broken into 5 one-week sub goals.
The goals start off with recording, learning what 1500 calories is like and then set on 1.5-2 lbs of weight loss. Week 1: Recording. The goal this week is to daily track the calories, macros of everything I eat. I will also weigh in Monday (4/29/19) morning for a starting weight and take neck, waist, arms and thigh measurements. Week 2: Continue previous weeks goal and set 1500 calories per day max with macros at fat 75%, protein
