I keep track of calories in and out. 500 calories per day is 3500 I think, which is a lb. If I create a calorie deficiency and burn calories every day, I'll be fine. Yes, avoiding the junk food helps a lot. When I'm in a position to buy my own groceries I'll hammer down the nutrition aspect of it all, and use a meal planner. (Plan to eat)

dropping the junk food will help alot. you should read more about nutrition to help your goals along.

I've decided I need to burn 500 calories a day. I think Zumba in addition to the elliptical; and firewood with calenstetics alternating every other day will do the trick. Or something like that.
