Complete three workouts, each incorporating strenuous resistance work, per week. My alternate plan in case of injury is to replace exercises that the injury precludes with rehab exercises/stretches AND to work out alternate muscle groups (if possible).

Phase 2 of GMB paralettes is brutal - will at least finish the three weeks of this phase, but if injury is looking light I will switch back to b2B | |
