Brighter Lines with BLE Prgm: (1) no processed sugar; (2) no flour except 1 oz triscuits possible in am; (3) only three meals per day, ~4 hrs apart and completed within one hour; (4) accurately measure/estimate food quantities and adhere to BLE limits. No quiche offsite unless it's a lunch/breakfast entree. Nuts (9 or less) at lunch only. No white rice. Half muscle milk lite at lunch only. Regularly complete Nightly Checklist.
