Brighter Lines with BLE Prgm: (1) no processed sugar; (2) no flour except 1 oz triscuits possible in am; (3) only three meals per day, ~4 hrs apart and completed within one hour; (4) accurately measure/estimate food quantities and adhere to BLE limits. No quiche offsite unless it's a lunch/breakfast entree. Nuts (9 or less) at lunch only. No white rice. Half muscle milk lite at lunch only. Regularly complete Nightly Checklist. Traveling to Portland. Still doing well overall eating healthy. Had too many dark chocolate covered nuts. And overdid nuts in general.

My weight broke a new threshold late in the week. I ate marginally during the middle of the week, due to food served at all day police/fire pension board meetings. I cut back on nuts some more. My granola bar intake is still more than it s/b, although a bit more moderated. I was going to exercise at Planet Fitness on Sunday, 8/11, but I did yardwork instead -- this was its own workout since my muscles are sore the day after. I also ate a single cheese burger w/out fries at BurgerFi on Saturday. All-in-all I can see that I'm taking some positive actions to slowly turn the ship in the right direction of weight loss once again. As of this morning, my weight dropped down 1.8 pounds and I'm back under the significant threshold that I broke earlier in the week. BLE works for me when I work the program.

Mostly in compliance... did have some white bread at Simon's last Friday. Meal times are not regulated enough. Dinner hour is the biggest challenge. Weight continues to be up about 5-6 pounds from average low point a couple months ago. Still working on doing better.

Weight started to come day a couple pounds and then popped up this a.m. I worked hard on Sunday to shop for healthy food and then to later that night to cut and clean it, and prepare 5 days of lunches in advance. I am eating small bits between meals + a little white rice + at least 2 granola bars per day. I also started drinking Muscle Milk lite after staying off of it for the past 10 days. I have eaten some nuts, but not too crazy... they also don't appeal to me as much. I am quite good about no flour and almost re: no sugar (except for a 1/2 tsp of honey occasionally and sweetened granola bars). Still haven't gotten back into exercising -- I need this for my body muscles, fat burn and to clear my head. I feel like I'm slowing turning in the right direction. I expect to improve my adherence this week and to take positive actions and make good food and meal time choices. I have faith that I can fully get back on track and re-start a path of losing weight. I have already taken a big penalty with the NRA for non-compliance and this is resonating with me.
