8/28/19: sticking to healthy meals today. No bad snacking. Hitting the gym after work. Completed 20 mins on stair master for cardio and 40 mins of heavy lifting to work legs yesterday. Felt really good!

8/27/19: ate well and had a great workout at the gym after work. Did 20 mins on the stair master and completed 45 mins of back and shoulders workout. Definitely have been gaining more muscle weight over the past few weeks but need to focus on being in a caloric deficit to shed some fat off

8/26/19: Did well throughout the day with my meals but over indulged on sweets that were brought to a meeting. Played 2 hrs of beach volleyball at night.

8/25/19: didn’t eat too bad and was active. Played tennis in the morning for an hour and a half. Completed 30 mins of body weight exercise at night
