| I already had the 3 cigarettes in the quota this morning. I think I'll have another 2 max today. Although it's not ideal, I will apply the same strategy of downgrading, as with the sleeping schedule. Considering that I would have 10+ cigarettes daily, this is not so bad. Tomorrow I plan on smoking one less... so 4. | |

| I've decided that, if it gets too tough, I will let myself have 1 cigarette per day and no more than 3. Although, right now, I feel pretty confident that I will not feel the craving. I must learn to analyze my internal states when it comes to habits I want to change! | |
