Easier than last week, still harder than the first week. Moving in the right direction. Goal : No cheat this week except for saturday. I want to be bellow 80 KG within the next 2 weeks (and preferably by next monday). |

Quite a difficult week. I cut sugar too drasticaly following first week's success, cutting bananas and kiwis from my lunch. I also experimented too much with 24 hours long fastings. And I paid it with strong cravings on the evening, and more than a few euros given to my friends Ben & Jerries.
A new week is starting now. Back to the plan, with a slower but safer strategy. |

The first week is the easiest, since you lose what I call "the couple fake kilos" (especially since I had a fat we before starting my challenge). Only one week under my belt, but I'm amazed by the change compared to my former diet. The simple act of adding 2 eggs at every lunch and meat at most evening changes everything. Now I can cut carbs rather easily. I had an unplanned cheat Ben & Jerries (Cookie Dough, the best) on thursday evening, and a planned cheat day on saturday (Indian food lunch, high end ravioli with permagiano regiano, and again this delicious ice cream for dinner. Enjoyed both immensely :-)).
This week, I'll try to cut fruits on lunch (used to have a banane and a kiwi last week), and to avoid the mid week cheat evening. Fingers crossed :-) |

July 15th - 84,2 Kg
I'm starting a (mostly) High protein and low carbs diet, following the 4 hours Body by Tim Ferris. I'll do intermitent fasting, not eating breakfast, which I've done with success for the past several months. My goal is to reach 75 kgs, which should be really fit given mi size and bone density.
I think that I failed losing weigth in the past because of insufficient proteins, and too much hunger. Every 2 to 3 days, I'd go rabid for food, mostly junk. The planned "junk cheat day" every week + more proteins are my main weapons to counter, and succeed. Sports also is, with a goal of exercicing every day, with mostly very simple and light workout (mainly for flexibility, at least for the next weeks).
Next report on July 22. Wish me luck.
