Eat NO fried foods, NO white bread products, and NO sweets (exceptions: popsicles and FF frozen yogurts). I CAN eat fruits, veges, lowfat dairy, lean meats, whole grain/whole wheat. I can have ONE (1) bite of anything per day...but only as much as I can cram in my mouth in ONE (1) bite. If I cheat, I will pay $5 for each cheat.
