Eat NO fried foods, NO white bread products, and NO sweets (exceptions: popsicles and FF frozen yogurts). I CAN eat fruits, veges, lowfat dairy, lean meats, whole grain/whole wheat. I can have ONE (1) bite of anything per day...but only as much as I can cram in my mouth in ONE (1) bite. If I cheat, I will pay $5 for each cheat.

alright, so i sort of wrote this part off this week. i'll do better next week - it's time to regroup for the long haul summer plan.

OK, so this one didn't work for this week. But my number went down! :) Yay! I'm still working. It's finally summer and I'm going to be able to breathe again.....aaaaah. Say hello to homemade salads again. :)

I did way better this week! :) Now, if I can survive tomorrow, I'm golden...pizza party in class. Ugh. ***think of the grease, think of the fat, think of the upset tummy it would give me...***
