1.Track hours again.
2. No more FaceBook NF or Guardian on computer 3. Get back to end of day survey 4. Get back to managing "to do"s - you have enough 5. Allow yourself 3 to do list slips 6. Make a wind down plan and maybe add it to survey (must be in motion by end of commitment) 7. Focus on rice. Big breakfasts. Small lunches - but carb infusions from lunch onwards 8. Don't fail more than two of these in a week
