pWrite for seven hours each week (calculated from one hour each day).
Use phone less than ten hours each week (one hour and 25 minutes each day, with 5 minutes extra). This does not include holidays, or periods of sickness or emergencies. In these situations, that day's value will not be figured into the weekly evaluation. Additionally, cases of essential usage of the phone will not be counted towards the total (if accepted by the Referee).
