| A bit tricky this week, but I notice that I drank less than I would have otherwise. Still fudging a bit on the number of drinks. Technically, a pint has two standard drinks and it ... As of next week we will stick to the standard drinks but put the limit up to 8. | |

| Just to be clear this goes from a Friday - Thursday (which I didn't realise). So technically exceeded drinks last week as I went out on Saturday night for Nicks and had more than 2 and went out last night and had more than 2! I will chalk it up as ok though for learning and because I assumed week Mon - Sun! Will re-adjust. If only 2 drinks tonight then I am safe for this week and will change period next week. | |
