Worked out on Monday. Lower body. Leg extensions, squats, leg curls, and calf raises. Going to feel that in the morning.

Grabbed a workout today. Lower body. Blasted the calves with extra weight. Should focus on stance and foot placement to target specific areas. Added a reference in ig bookmarks.
