| Good at not bringing it up but need to work more on biting my tongue. Probably about 80% of the time I can do it but the remaining 20% is tricky. | |

I did better but still brought it up to the curious people. And mostly the worst is being judgmental about food. I may need to change the name of my Goal. Refrain From Giving Opinions On Food However I am keen on sharing my knowledge!! YIKES. Perhaps a Manifesto is better. |
