In order to eat “healthy” at work, I’m imposing the following rules:
- Will eat a reasonable portion of one of the healthier available options - Will not eat heavy carbs any day of the week - Will eat vegetarian Tuesday and Thursday - Can only drink water, flavored water, or flavored seltzer - No snacks with exception to fruit, veggies, and nuts
