I was 1.8 lb over a day before. I skipped dinner and ran in the evening, reaching 17000 steps. I think I expended 600kcal on the treadmill.
Leading up to this point, I ate moderately on the weekends which must have been helpful.

Skipped dinner on Monday and ran twice: morning and evening.
On Sunday, I was 198.2 lb so I was able to lose 1.2lb by doing above.
Also, I watched my diet on the weekend, Sat and Sunday. This was helpful.

Skipped dinners on Mon/Tue. Also ran 30min in the morning and 60 min in the evening on Monday and 40 min on Tues

I ate too much on Sunday. I mistakenly thought that the weight will be weighed on Wednesday morning but it's actually Tuesday morning. For future successes, I plan to start watching my diet more carefully starting Sunday. That way, I will have two days to amp up the energy imbalance toward deficit.
