cmgaudet commits to:
I will get up at 5 am every work day, regardless of how depressed or tired I feel. This will give me enough time to exercise before work. On non-work days, I will get up early enough to allow me to exercise, according to my schedule for the day. The only exception I will make for this is if I am puking.
