I set 2 intermittent goals once I started losing weight again after the pandemic weight started coming off. The first is 168, the next is 155. I am one pound away from that first interim goal this morning, and I could not be feeling better!!! I won’t make my total goal in the time frame. I did gain weight with the pandemic, but I never gave up on the goal even when everything was going in the wrong direction. When things started going in the right direction I set these foothold goals for myself to create some opportunities to win along the way. #lessonslearned |

This is the first weigh in that feels good. I don’t know what it is about this number. Maybe it’s because at my highest quarantine weight (189...highest weight ever for me) is 15 pounds ago. Maybe it’s because I feel the difference in my clothes. But, the negativity about my weight has melted away! |

I am winning the battle right now. And very proud of my progress. Have not been eating as well or exercising religiously lately, but I’m doing ENOUGH to not gain back anything I have lost. I have been intermittent fasting and being mindful of bringing balance to eating and activity. But, I’m ready for the next breakthrough!!! |
