My routine is a bit off balance because I am doing Physio for my neck and will hopefully solve this problem once and for all. I'm still training, but not being aggressive, just maintaining. By the beginning of next year I think I'd be in a better place. |

I'm working very much on building the best body ever. Fadi Bechara is helping me improve my posture, and I look better than ever. Also, once the dizziness goes away, I will double down on my training. Plus, moving to FitBod was really awesome, because it helped me get excited again about my training. |

I finally started addressing my postural and structural issues with my newly found physio, Fadi. I'm pretty excited about the potential, but it's a bit painful now with all the stress/tension in my muscles, that are causing me a bit of imbalance.
As for my training, I did 4 days/week because I had to give my muscles time to recover of my physio. I'm also going on a lighter weight and doing things proper form per Fadi. This is the next level of my fitness. I'm happy and excited about it. |
