Need to cut back on miscellaneous eating. Stay away from the kitchen. Only go there to drink water or to grab something for lunch. Unnecessary snacking must be avoided. Being in the best shape for Scorchers season in 2 months is the key.

Going through a down phase. Overeating at random times of the day. Need to get the diet under control. Charged headphones so that we can resume the running with the Aaptiv App
