No YouTube at all on my phone.
No YouTube at all, except to watch KatS during a meal, or to learn (e.g. QiGong, fitness, physical therapy). I'm out of bed when my alarm goes off, and I can't get back in. I will follow my schedule whenever possible/rational.

Two more days to go. I'm already following my new contract that includes no sugar, no porn, etc., however I did eat Cinnamon Toast Crunch in a fleeting moment of forgetfulness today, and I must say my stomach immediately staged a mutiny on me; just serves as a reminder: there's a reason I have these rules in place. I quite like making my own rules. I think the only thing more cavalier than breaking "THE rules" is breaking "THE rules" and making you own rules, then actually following those rules! |

Better and better each day. Worked out, went to the lab, looked over what I missed in genomics, and completed the missed SOLUR assignment. All in all, not too bad, especially considering that means I achieved my extra goal of not consuming any media today. I did watch some training video by Jeff Nippard on YouTube that I've been meaning to look at, but that's covered in the clause. Speaking of, I have significantly added to and revamped my current (and future) stickK contract. It's gotten very specific, so I've adumbrated it in a Google Doc which I will refer to for all future stickK contracts, since the format does not exactly allow me to get so granular. |
