Commitment wasn't well thought out.
Success with the early to bed part.
Slight miss on the food. Had chips watching a movie Saturday night. Next commitment will allow for 2 night's exception re snacking after 9. Example, playing poker at Jeff's, Superbowl. Food isn't alcohol
However, it has led to a change in behaviour. Motivation to not eat after 9 worked 6 of 7 nights. Also spurred me to IF, and it feels really good.

Sunday, no food, but to bed at 1230, so 2 of 3 permitted late nights are used up

Saturday, watched movie late. Had some chips at 11, so failed. Weighed in at 160.2 Sunday am, right direction. Listened to radio on IF. Rekindled my interest.
