I will put my alram clock locked to one place with its key on bathroom, untill I woke up naturally through habit. I will wake up 5am, no matter how late I sleep. Waking up at 5 am is essential for maintaining morning ritual

Its been almost 2 week that I took this challenge, and now it seem somewhat easy than before. I can wake up without making excuses. Another day down. Towards better life. |

| I realized that if you wait to act till motivation strikes you then, you cannot be persistent. You have to act according to your routine. Today I did the same, and I am not regretting my decision of waking of early and following my morning routine. | |
