| I figured a good strategy to keeping my calorie intake low. The mentality: “What I eat today, that is what I will eat 7 days from now”. This is way better than allowing myself a doughnut today thinking tomorrow I will recuperate. No! Tomorrow will be the same as today. Do I want that doughnut if I know I will have to eat one every day for 7 days? Hell no. Starting on Monday up to today my eating regulated. I am fully committed to my weight losing goal 💪💪 | |
