| As of now I don't have any cigarettes and I will not buy any cigarettes. When someone offers me a cigarette I will not take one. I will not smoke for this whole week, even when I am craving one because I am having a drink. I know that I can quit-I've done it before. Nothing good comes out of smoking a cigarette. I will take a walk or write down how I am feeling if I get stressed out instead of smoking a cigarette. I don't want my daughter to ever start smoking-so I want to be a good example for her. | |
