Splurged with high sugar item (milk shake from BurgerFi) on last day. Also, ate 2-3 protein bars per day, excess nuts and 2 servings of cereal in a day. These are contrary to food boundaries in BLE.

Yesterday I ate a tiny bit in between meals. I also have been adding a little bit more variety to what I eat in terms of number of items at night time. I need to keep this contained and keep it simple. I have lost about 7-8 pounds in the last two weeks.
