Started to make password checker using the pwnedpassword api (url = 'https://api.pwnedpasswords.com/range/' + encrypted_characters). The General script will use hashlib to encrypt and apply a sha1 hash to a chosen password. K-anonymity is used as we pass the first 5 characters to the api and the server returns a A list of all matching strings in byte encoding. We then must parse through this list to The known only to us encryption that matches (if there is a match) a string in the list. - I learned: about the standard Python library hashlib. Also the library requests to make http requests. K-anonymity was new to me.. Explained above. |

| used pathlib->Path, string->Template, smtplib, email.message->EmailMessage, and sys modules to create email script tht takes in content of msg from a html file with multiple dynamic variables($etc) to customize messages. | |
