| Wow I decided to have noodles tonight to see how it went, and besides feeling very bloated afterward, I now have painful stomach cramps about 1.5-2 hours after eating. | |

| I finished an 82 hour water fast!!! That was the most mentally challenging thing I've done in a long time. I felt lots of emotions lol and lots of physical responses. I rested and meditated and did restorative yoga and was just super gentle with myself. Had moments of great mental clarify, moments of desperation (lol), moments of lots of gratitude. Broke my fast this morning with cucumber, tomato, lime, and some pistachios. I can't wait to eat more later but my stomach definitely contracted so I can't eat a lot right now. Just moving slowly :) | |
