Actually I find the best way to exercise is 40 min every two days, it's efficient and full of joy, so I am still fulfilling the scheduled weekly workout goal but in a different way.

Not really in the mood to exercise since the cloudy weather lasts the whole weekend. But I am trying to gain enough sleep so that I could return to energetic mode soon.

Still busy with the thesis and feel a lack of energy from time to time , but my general performance has been improved and I feel better and enjoy each workout. The days when I need to do lab work I ride a bike for 25 min in total, sort of compensation?

I was busy doing my thesis this week and made some progress on that. Since I am still combatting the "procrastination" demon in my body, It's kinda hard to always have enough willpower to maintain exercising every day. However, by reviewing my time management excel table, it's theoretically possible that I could fulfill both aims successfully(physically I don't feel energetic and comfortable since the menstruation is coming). Generally, I don't regret my performance this week, but of course, I will bear these goals in mind and seek every chance to make it.
