Meditation is becoming less attractive than exercising, I don't know why. However, my sleep routine actually includes counting breaths and relaxing my muscles, so I am still practicing it every day. Every time I find it hard to focus and calm down, I still do a 15 min meditation.

I am reading books about mindfulness so that I could have a firm and substantial understanding of the meaning of meditating. I really need to live in the moment, rather than regret the past or fantasize about the future.

Meditation helps me observe my moods, feelings, and actions. I'm more and more aware, alert, and conscious about every choice in life and study, It's a soothing habit that I wanna keep for my lifetime.
