| Having weight loss goals during the holidays is like trying to swim with a 50 lb. sack of cement!...But no matter, I've not been at this weight during the holidays in over 10 years. After the 1st of January, the weight loss journey resumes in earnest, I will get into the 190's before my birthday in March. | |

| back on track...I am going to begin a high-intensity workout routine beginning on Monday. First, it's a great idea for health and fitness and second, it will aid in my path to getting to 200 lbs. | |
