overall last week was depressing, had a lot on my plate, couldn't keep up with my exercise goals... Nevertheless, I haven't had excessive food consumption eg. havent had sweets or processed carbs.

I did not fulfill my goal of getting at least 5 30 mins elliptic workouts down. I had 3 instead. I also had too many dried fruits.

I have had a bit of a lazy week compared to the previous ones I missed 1 planned exercise session.

I try to eat in moderation with a limitation on bread, pasta, white rice. I am exercising at least 5 days ina week; that is, a mild form of exercise though 30 mins eliptic (150 to 200 calories pers sesion).
