You've once again seized the day, increasing the value of life's brevity for yourself and for everyone you encourage. You showed up to the plate 100%. Congratulations! |

A warm and joyous thank you to my supporters who wrote in my commitment journal 🙌🏽
Tina, Jan and Toss: your support has been invaluable to me. I have woken up each day to look for your comments. Your insights, feedback and encouragement kept me going throughout. I could not have done this without you. 🌿 |

As I wrap up this commitment, I want to record some lessons learnt:
1. Sleep on time and develop good sleep habits.
2. If you’re groggy in the morning, just splash some cold water on your face and wet your ears and hands. The groggy feeling is temporary - don’t get fooled by it.
3. Don’t nap for long in the day
4.Keep your commitment periods short - like a week or 10 days at max. The feeling of success from small leaps keeps the momentum going and is better than planning a big leap.
5. Choose a really, really aversive anti-charity. The pain of losing that money is less than the difficulty of changing a habit. |
