We're in the last of 16 weeks in the commitment. You were successful for a pronounced majority of the weeks - congrats to you! I can not say the same for myself. I did well on the guitar portion (can play some bar chords now), but did miserably over the past month or so on regular exercise. It was ll pretty much hit and miss - no pattern.
Kathy's first knee replacement (Nov 13th) went well and her recovery/rehab is impressively rapid. She gets here second one done on Monday(Dec 7th). She's quite a trooper, but it is a long grind. Just getting over the right knee and in 3 days it'll be the left. Great doctor and great team - her rehab is so much more rapid than mine. Her operations have been at Stratham Ambulatory Clinic - no hospital overnight stay as she goes home the day of the procedure! Brave new world.
I hope stickk helped a least a little to keep your guitar practice going. So easy to simply not do it. Thanks for 'stickking' with me! |

I gave myself full credit but I’m honesty missed it because of Thanksgiving and trip to VT...only go one session in over those 4 days and it was an anemic session. Basically just finger exercises. |

Happy you're seeing progress. Hope you're finding enjoyment along with the progress.
Bar chords appear to be showing early signs of weakening defenses - I many yet conquer them. Long fight - far from over, very far. |

I’m finding the video lessons far more helpful than the book at this point. I still suck but Certainly less than I did In July! Seeing progress |
