Good analogy, Tar - I will remember it.
I am stretching myself to get up earlier than my current commitment - there is so much to do and I want to do it soon. So rather than gradually advance my wake-up time over months, I am setting an earlier alarm. I am determined to make the most of my day and an earlier wake-up time will ball rolling. Let me experiment and see. ๐ฑ |

Thatโs a true measure of success- that despite life events that are highly unpredictable at times, the body and mind stay consistent with the desired goals and are able to maneuver in a very efficient manner to get us there. One analogy is that of a heat seeking missile- Perhaps one that busts out with confetti when it reaches its target. ๐ ๐

Yesterday got stretched because of some client sessions that spilled over. That resulted in me sleeping late. But somehow, I still managed to get up a little before the alarm - and feeling rested and calm. So, the habit of waking up at a specific time is ingrained - the discipline to control work and sleep on time needs to get better. Will get there. |
