No running for me, have covid and quarantined. Will be quarantined again when i will go to college so around 1 month of quarantine more left. From now on other excercises will be done like sqauts, pushuos, 5kg curls and some others that i will decide |

Did not leave delhi, still here and everythibg is still shit, my mom and my sister have Covid. Aqi is going to get worse tommorow as its diwali today, and its been 13 days since i have done any running at all |
