Excited to see the next challenge. A fresh look at the evening hours and a routine around going to sleep will be an interesting additional challenge! |

So one journey ends and another begins.
Tar and Jan: thank you so much for your support! I owe so much to you. Thank you is a small word to express all that you have done for me. I am humbled and grateful |

Woke up in time.and with some good sleep routines. But strangely, though I slept in time, I had disturbed sleep: A bad dream, waking up in-between and somehow quite restless. Was it having a cola at dinner? I am convinced I need to apply the StickK process to sleep. I will do that today along with my next commitment for waking up.

Woke up feeling very comfortable - feeling light and refreshed. Taking a shower, unwinding for a few minutes and conscious breathing - all helped me.
I adjusted my wake up time a little - 15 minutes - to account for the very late night I slept because of a client emergency. So overall my sleep hours is just about 6 hours, whereas I need at least 7 to 7.5 hours. So this is a major battle to fight.
Meanwhile,I am liking Sleep Score and looking to use it better as I go forward. For the past 3 days, my sleep score is averaging around 60 whereas it should be around 75+. And the main reason for my score being low is insufficient hours of sleep. In the next two days, I will craft my commitment around this. |
