Sexuality practices need to be re-scheduled, but the Trantra training is still going strong.
I need to pay more attention to the breathwork exercises, and actually, I'd say they may be put at the beginning of the Program.
Besides that, I'm not respecting too much of my Sabbath, which doesn't make me happy. |

Starting today with detox, no sugar (and actually, no solid food for 10 days).
About the sex practice, getting more into Tantra and also figuring out how to set/schedule a consistent practice for it!
About Habits Design, I'm now being slowly and surely able to associate the Performance Priming Practice to Flow! :) |

Designing and keeping habits is quite a challenge, nevertheless, it's cool to experiment with them (while being the scientist & lab rat at the same time) |
