For the 7 days from yesterday till Saturday, including tutoring, teaching, prep for each, organization hours, and other "desk work," I will put in at least 35 hours of work. On at least 2 days, I will have put in at least 40 minutes of work for each hour past 5 a.m. by 9 a.m., and have put in 5 hours of work by 2:30 p.m.
