Commitment going fairly well. Now off sugar except for something sweet the first 2 shifts of the week at EKFH. Easy rule of thumb that minimises thinking about it too much, and addresses the usual triggers for eating sugar which is being bored at home at the computer.

Bs Internet: Avoid doing it in the homeoffice - keep that space for sleep and work

Bs Internet: If I really want to research something properly, put it in the calendar for at least a day ahead and do it then. Essential to get out of the habit of immediately just going and browsing the internet for whatever random thing takes ones fancy.
If I skip a day, I can enjoy an hour the next day of going down rabbitholes. Probably a better way to do it overall as 30mins feels quite restricted and you end up browsing a bunch of stuff very rapidly instead of concentrating or enjoying the research.

One sweet per day: This means ONE sweet, one trip to the kitchen - so having something small now and something small later is not ok, or going back to the kitchen to get a little bit more which isn't enough to count as an extra sweet thing. Again, essential to get in the habit of seeing that it's just a craving which has no control over me.
