This week was the "exception for the period week". I was able to eat about 1000cals only on my first day, and the day before my period arrived was sub-par. Majority of days were at 3100. This week was accounted for in the goal and description prior to beginning Stickk; however, I only accounted for ONE week of the period. Week 5 / next week will be impacted by period, but I am still expecting myself to maintain even with the dip and inability to eat or move on the second, maybe third day (etc). For this upcoming week (week 5), I am keeping last week's goal at 3100. |

Retro on week 3:
+ 2957 average :) (2950 goal)
+ prepped monthlies and for week; went very well
+ all groceries assembled; went well
~ only one "yoyo" day (2-3 in first 2 weeks; improvement; due to call and not eating two meals prior)
-~ last day after lower 'yoyo' and after DVC, met cal goal, but could've chosen to eat prepped portions / higher protein / healthier meal.
- kefir is "off", making diet/mood harder. Make higher priority and ask questions on how to "fix"
- mood and work focus down to DVC, putting self at real risk for now and future (job, dep, etc). Reached out for help today
- training / bar fiasco. Seems never-ending and impossible. No appetite or weight gain possible without, and mood. |

Want to try to be more consistent day to day this week! Still struggling to find "real" groceries in the pandemic and to adapt my lifestyle/eating habits/prepping to pandemic restrictions. Also had a new job start last week; it was a struggle and I paid a heavy cost to not having meals prepped ahead of time for the week. I want to ensure I have everything ready Saturday/Sunday this time around! |

Snagged 2800 cal average!! Had to really push myself to finish on 1-2 days, similar to last week, and thinking about stickK helped me. |
