Yesterday’s session was dope! I got my timer palette created and it’s dope! I’m watching Dylan do his timers and he’s really got a lot of stuff in his palette so I might add a few things before I do my first one today! Maybe what I might do today for my writing session is try and do like 5 timer beats. Or maybe just do them all day until I can’t see straight lol. Whatever, Let’s get it!! |

I put the finishing touches on get down and it’s sounds great! And I had an impromptu session with Tesko which turned out to be awesome as well. The next two weeks are going to be spent on library management and palette creation I think |

This last day was amazing. Finished my track “get down” And it really is the best thing I’ve ever made. I’m super surprised at how quickly I’ve progressed in Ableton, and I think this is the first track that is release worthy.
Haven’t done any timer beats yet, or other nighttime session stuff cause I’ve been working on this track for the past few days, but finishing a song still counts as 10 mins in the DAW so it’s all good!
Tonight I’m going to work on a timer beat palette and library organization. I think library organization is going to be my next big undertaking so I can speed up my workflow and become more efficient! |

Yesterday was fucking amazing. I got into a Ableton and worked on my new drum and bass track called “get down” for about 5 hours! I’m super excited about this track, and I’m sending in for the feedback stream with Richard on Monday. The song is about 54 tracks which is a lot so I might cut back on that #, but we’ll see. It would definitely help with mixing it for sure |
