monday 4/5/21 is water fasting and no meal. intent is to fast every other day. so far the intention is good. :) drinking water and lemon.

might prepare spring rolls for tomorrow - to use up the avocados when I get home.

its the third week, make a plan and follow it. theres no secret to weight loss its a behavior change situation. also take care of mental health. if i am practicing sotta. i need to do it with urgency and commitment. throwing away a decade of some progress will be detrimental to my well being.
