Doing 3 sets of pull ups a day 4 times a week, with one rest day in between
Goal Description:
I will do 3 sets of pull-ups, starting at 8 reps per set, then moving to 10 as I gain strength, with a rest day in between. This will amount to about 4 days out of the week doing 3 sets of pull-ups each day throughout the day with my trusty door frame pull-up bar!
