| Literally, I pulled this thing out under my bed and it was so dusty it had webs on it. I was not looking forward to this exercise but I knew I had to do it thanks to this app.This workout was insanely hard. I could barely keep my breath. I was light headed after every set. Samson was working out too!I'm glad I did it. Hope I can keep this going! | |
