I ate some lamb and cabbage and kale this week.

Added kidney beans into diet. Made refried beans for tacos. Also added broccoli back into diet.

Added legumes to diet this past week. Made it German style with carrots, celery, onion, bay leaves and a little ham for some flavor. Legumes have protein and are considered a class of vegetables.

I was able to get some frozen cod fish from the local grocery store as well as some Bok choy. I hadn't had fish in a while because usually it is so expensive. The cod wasn't entirely cheap but I felt good after eating it.
