Unfortunately this challenge is not going well and it's due to poor planning. I have a lot of trouble planning out my meal times. I have also eaten out a significant amount because of all the exams I have and lack of time.

This week was really tough and I did not eat enough fruits and vegetables. I ate out a lot because I ran out of groceries

I did a much better job of eating three meals a day the past week. Was it perfect? no. But I will say it was an improvement and it is helping my progress to call last week a win.

When I don't cook multiple things at once or at least prep, it becomes much harder to actually eat my three meals. I did do better about eating fruits and vegetables I think, I recall grabbing pieces of fruit or throwing them into smoothies.
